Default Becons Perch to Droknar's Forge

Me and my guild all decided to do this. We can get through lorans pass, but we can't get through this dreadknought drift place. How do those explores do it? How does anyone do it? This is crazy!

Someone help explain.

I don't think anyone can be bothered to go through that kind of hell ..

Try looking at the World map (search for: project) and maybe you can find a short and direct route to the next area.

Me and another guy have already gotten to the forge, but we want to get our level 18 and 19 friends there as well, and have fun.

We had a hell a lot of fun, and got a bunch of rares and experiance, but just couldn't get by.

Its possible.

Get through Lornar's. Thats the easy part. Once you get to Dreadnaughts you can run through most of it. Just die and you'll be/should be halfway through when your party revives.

If you really want to...for a price....Dwayna can remove your death penalty. She's located on the north portion of Dreadnaughts. You can kill and run back to remove some DP when need be. 50g=5% DP I think. 100g for uber regen buff that last a while or till you zone/die.

You can look my monk up for this run. "D L H"

I've killed my way through all of that with henchies on my warrior.

I know it can be done, I was doing infusion runs with a level 17 guy in my party. I was amazed he made it there.

There is no "trick" that we know of that will get you through from Beacon's Perch to the Southern Shiverpeaks. It is just plain tough, and for good reason. By running that gauntlet you're essentially skipping approximately half the missions in the game (including Ascension), so they can hardly make it a cake-walk. Just expect to have a hard time, take plenty of healing and plenty of nuking, and plenty of tanking

You can always tell when a party has made it. When they zone into the Fort, you hear all of the chants of "WOO HOO!" etc. One party zoned in and said it took the 6 of them approximately 3 hours to get there and they were all at -60% penalty.

Just for reference, those zones can be troubling even with 8 member parties coming from the south.

Well, we can do it from either side, just not get through the dreadnought drift. We'll try again I guess, with more sprinting.

It hink that place was not meant for low levels to get to droken forge. If you saw the update news, you can see that the update area will be in that area, high levels will use that path to try to access the Sorrow Furnace.
